After you made your university list using the link that I have provided above, follow the following steps to find your supervisor
1) Open each university's web page
2) Search your dream department using the search bar within the web page
3) Click the faculty/academic staff tab within the department
4) Skim each supervisor's profile
5) If they have mentioned, they have upcoming availability for new students, contact them via email (read their latest research works prior to email, to get an idea about their field)
6) Once you received their response, you can proceed to the next steps
