Thanks Brogan! I did have ear plugs in my ears. It can be loud when operating a locomotive or any rail vehicle in general when you have the windows open or if it doesn't have any windows. The flange squeal around curves and the close proximity of the whistle to the cab can be loud. The ear plugs help to preserve your hearing for sure, but it can be at least a little more difficult to hear people if they're talking to you or yourself if you're talking out loud. Good idea about the GoPro camera for guest operating sessions of real trains. That would be like viewing it from my first person point of view since I could strap it to my head or chest and not have to ask somebody to hold the camera for me.

It's a small show. It takes place in only one building that consists of an events room, restrooms a lobby and a stage.

The Shore Line Trolley Museum is an awesome museum. I love it! I totally recommend it to anybody! You'll enjoy that museum if you go there someday. Yes I did use the song "The Entertainer" in this video. It was originally done by Scott Joplin, but many people have covered it since it first came out and is now a public doman/royalty-free song. That song was used in the movie "The Sting" and I did see it, great movie! I haven't seen any of its sequels though.

That locomotive was in a shed siding by the parking lot. I don't know the official reason why, but it might have been receiving some cosmetic work at the time of my visit. I would imagine that once the cosmetic work is complete, it will be put back on display on the display siding along the east side of the station.

That might be some gears, motors or pulleys grinding for the animations at the Dutch Wonderland scene. If not that, it could be one of the trolleys. During my visit, one of the trolleys actually derailed. I notified the Choo Choo Barn staff about it and they fixed it.
