Well known from the Elvis Presley version from 1961, this song actually dates back to the Bing Crosby film Waikiki Wedding from 1937.
That was great! Thank you.
Very nice indeed. I play D9 shape on the word "gypsy" then go to D minor shape. You can add more colour in the middle 8 by inserting diminished chords, but this works really nicely. Well done, nice vocal.
You take a sip from your trusty vault 13 canteen

Very pretty!
The Ranger vets are on their way from Baja. Never seen one before. But I've heard they chew nails and spit napalm.
I really like that percussive picking! Good job on the cover
who could sleep without a cat ? :)
Just did a search of "Travelling Blues" and was wondering where this version came from.
Well actually I wrote this one.
I need to get away from all these sorry feeling blues. Some fine writing there
This is my favourite song
Cool song. I see the Gibson is back in favor
Very Nice marvelous god bless
j'ai toujours le disque ! / record ! great to hear again - by you .
Almost got out of my chair and did a little dance to this.... almost... as always awesome rendition!
Lovely song! Keep at it :)
Cool the way the song plays of the minor and major on the root
Yes it adds some harmonic interest to a fairly conventional story ballad. Also the short line in the chorus is a bit different.
Driving around in my Corvega listening to these good ol' tunes...
Boa interpretação, parabéns!!!
Otro magnífico trabajo Nigel, me ha gustado mucho, enhorabuena desde Madrid y hasta pronto, like 1
Muchas gracias Jose!

Doing great 👍
Goes great with a Nuka-Cola. Wonderful rendition, sir. I'd give you some caps if I had them.
Someone mod this man into FO as a busking NPC
im very pleased with youtube's algorithm today
Me too...his version sounds more longing and melancholy and it fits
A wonderful rendition of a classic song. This is one of my favorites.
What happened to the Gibson
Just like a change every now and then. This parlour guitar has a dry sound which is quite good for the old swing stuff.
Dylan's version is actually a loose cover of Paul Claytons "Who's Gonna Buy You Ribbons (When I'm Gone)" which you should check out!
Thanks for that info, had a listen to the Paul Clayton song and I see what you mean! I gather there was a lawsuit about it, not surprisingly in view of the strong similarities between the two songs.
Love the singing ❤❤ would love to hear you sing lone star and big iron
