Cairo Airport has 3 runways and only takes 14 million yearly passengers. Johannesburg Airport has 2 runways and takes 22 million passengers.
ACSA and companies like Bidvest and them manage this airport efficiently.

Hi. Need a help. I will be landing in JNB international airport. Next day afternoon I have flight to Swaziland. I don't have any SA visa. I have only Swaziland Visa. My quiery is about is there any hotel within the JNB airport to stay for that 18 hrs. I saw multiple hotels near JNB, not sure which one is before the immigration. I cannot go out of Immigration zone as I don't have SA visa.
Essentially, you’ll sleep in the airport then.
