Q1 needs to be minus 1.5 times the iqr and q3. Needs to be plus 1.5 and times the iqr. Why you do it different?

There is no doubt to me, as a middleschool math, that the value of ".99..." is extremely close to 1. As all horses are equivalent in the context of horses, ".99..." is equivalent to 1 in most value contexts. In the universe of very small numbers (ie between any two small real numbers there are an infinite amount of real numbers) they are different. The math warriors have told me that integers of 9 and 9 fulfill ".99..."'s definition as a rational numbers because of higher formulae than basics. That is upside down. The foundation of axioms and definitions supports the formulae. That is rigorous math. If axioms have changed the definition of rational numbers, the definition needs to be changed. Check the definition of rational numbers and decide for yourself.
