This is appalling and that child was discharged too soon, thus the infection. She could have died of perotinitis in hours. This wouldn't happen in NZ. Our hospitals treat visitors immediately and worry about payment later. They have losses built into the system for visitors who can't pay.

1st claim: shed guy clearly did a rubbish job, but is basically getting away with it with help from his partner. 2nd claim: was only successful because it wasnt contested, if they contested the supplier probably would have got nothing. 3rd claim: guy is clearly out for money, making up bogus injuries for more money, they should replace his car and all his damaged goods, but should be countered with his bs 'my poor whiplash' and lose out on some money for it.

Court costs and admin fees... on top of the thousands of pounds you already owe is in my opinion cheeky AF not only do you already owe thousands you have to pay their wages also. Don’t reckon mate. AND they’re allowed to take your personal items that you have more than likely purchased years before the claim even happened which is just fucking wrong, yeah take items they’ve bought with the money they haven’t given back, but they take high value items for a small debt make out that they only get a few quid for them, which is actually horse shit.

They only got that money paid because they kicked up enough stink and contacted a tv show. Otherwise they probably wouldn’t have bothered sorting it out. Lesson learned always do your research an read those small prints. I can’t imagine how terrified you would be as a parent watching your child basically dying in pain in front of you.

Cruise ships are registered in other country’s so they don’t have a lot of red tape to climb over plus tax evasion!!!

The insurance company probably was a small company who was working hard with extra pressure if it’s during the night and they have less staff on but a customer service advisor who answers the call can’t authorise the insurance payment what where they expecting when they went cheap with a small company I expect
