I don't remember this show being recorded. I remember it being packed though, like the second most packed I've seen Wetlands. Oddly, the angle makes it look like a bigger room than it was. Wetlands was TINY though, and narrow. Reminded me of a converted pizza place. -btw, the most crowded I've seen Wetlands was a Sublime show with Wesley Willis and the Lordz of Brooklyn. Now I want pizza

I've been feeling this energy in the air... feels like an Oasis reunion could be announced at any minute (and yes it's going to stop the whole damn world and yes it's going to be supermassive) But I don't know if I want it to happen anymore, Liam's last album was great, his performances live are great now, and Noel is great live doing his own thing too... I think I'm okay with having the two different bands

Lucky enough to be there with 6 great friends who we’d all saw Oasis many many times prior to this & after but this performance as a live band was as tight as any other performance from them including Loch Lomond Irvine Beach all those gigs where incredible but the band where so good & Liams voice & look is simply amazing. ✌️👍✌️.

Fuck me! Just stumbled on this. I was there! I was taken to the gig by my mate, Richard Russell, then A&R for XL Recordings. (now owner ;) I knew nothing about Oasis yet, but he said was super hot in the UK, so I tagged along. I remember the crowd being super lairy, more like the terraces of a UK football club than a NYC rock n' roll club. The only song I knew was the Beatles cover & loved how trippy it got. I remember thinking they are fucking wicked, but it will never catch on in America. Kind of never did. As you your description, I don't think it was part of any festival though. It was the annual CMJ week & that's why they were playing I believe. Thanks for posting it!
