Utah Hogle Zoo - Special Needs Family Vlog
We got the news that KC doesn't need surgery and Liam had an appointment so we took Liam's new wheelchair to the Utah Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. The baby zebra was hit with snow. A seal performed some tricks for us and the lions showed up as soon as we were leaving. The kids also enjoyed a small snowball fight.

Are you using felt Fabric for the skirt? The hard part is crawling under the tree. 🎄😄
Yes! It’s just felt fabric. And so true! Crawling under that tree and not having long arms is the hardest part. 😅
how to clean it? I notice it has little black stuff in it when I use oil.
This is a great question! I haven’t had the issue yet, but I suggest using white vinegar and see if that helps. I also use filtered water because water straight from the tap will leave some residue. I hope this is helpful!

Hi! Loved the video❤ i was wondering if you mix all your oils into the humidifier or if u use the oils one at a time.. currently have a one month old chest congestion and just got this humidifier but looking and learning of oils that help him
I just pour each on at a time into the humidifier, but you can certainly mix them before if you’d like.

how do you double diaper him and does he smear and if so how do you prevent it from happerning
For double diapering, you put a diaper on and then on top of that diaper you put a diaper size that is bigger than the one they have on. No we don’t have a problem with smearing. If you have that issue, I suggest layering clothes on your child and using adaptive pajamas.

@@danielthomson42 it will leak but that’s why there is a second diaper to help catch that. But really it’s only for nighttime in case you sleep through the night.

Do you still have that on the bed my wife wants to get rid of our son's toddler bed he is special needs child he tosses and turns in his sleep my wife is afraid that hes going to fall out of a bed if we get him a regular bed what would you recommend he is 5 He can plainly destroy his mattress

@@joehebert8070 no he hasn’t had any accidents. The only thing is he bounces and has hit his knees at the edge of the bed but that’s it. How old is your little one?

Best thing to do w a steam vaporizer: turn it on thru the day then turn down the heat at night & turn off the steam vaporizer. We sleep at 64° at night thru winter. We started out at 67°. The heat dries out the air & especially at night its colder the heat runs more when you set thermostat above 67..dress warmer in pj's & socks or add more blankets. The less you run the furnace the less dry the air will be. And you'll sleep better..that's a bonus too.

2 months later update: since the hiking utility bills increased we've lowered yet again out overnight thermostat down to 60. Also bought a new down blanket (those are absolutely great to have). We've kept the vaporizer on high thru the day and at low at night..we're getting older & the air seems to be too dry by 3am. We do seem to like the moisture and it helps regulate the heat also. Daytime hrs the thermostat is usually at 65. It feels too hot actually at 68. The body adjusts, we're still less stuffy also.

Hi Yessenia, Liam has multiple disabilities. Currently we are in the middle of some tests because he may have something that there isn’t a name for yet. But he has hydrocephalus, autism, nonverbal, global development delay, cortical visual impairment, among others but those are the main ones. I would suggest you go to the billy shoe website. Target has some as well. But your best bet is billyfootwear.com

I would say yes. I believe the manual said it and that’s all I have used as well. Otherwise you’ll get buildup. 🥴
