My content awarw is outside of the fill option. And when i choose it after selecting the image i wanna remove, it doesnt remove the image instead it selects the image. What do i do next? Im using cs4😪

I have photoshop CC I assume that is different my menu bars dont have the color swatch like yours does but everything else matches. therefore I cant figure out how to change the color. However I was able to change the back ground with the place option so I did get some help. Thanks so much
