One of my old mates runs a channel called Windsor Bait and Tackle. He has vids on how to get Carp on soft plastics. He targets them.

We towelled a few Mud Marlins at Nyngan and some Catfish

Tough day in the office...

You were a bit over excited? Don't pretend its that hard to catch a cod of that size.

Well after the rain we have had I suggest time to go back asap, they will be feeding up hard now. Still did well to get a few, not long now and they will be the main target again. Looks like I might not have to travel to get a few myself, with warragamba dam spilling over again... Hopefully we get another lot in our local river

Bet the river is up after that crazy rain mate. Don’t overlook the little runs in between the big boulders if there is good flow. Trout can be lazy and will take up a spot where the current brings the food to them.

Tried a couple spots down here on the coast that are supposed to hold Trout, but you caught more in this video than I have in 3 trips around the creeks here. Nice job Zac!

Next 2 months the Trout will be schooling up mostly Cox’s river end. Gold 30 grm jigs worked vertically over the schools in 80-120ft range should see get a few.
