Det var en Mission 11’ #8, og måtte bare kjøpe en klump på Intersport i Mosjøen. De hadde ikke helt passende line til stanga den gangen. Sånn går det når man brekker stang…

@@SalmonfishingNorway no - was there last july and didn´t think to go there from the other side of the Eiteraga... But as a salmonfisher - this spot "smells" just right!!!
@@SalmonfishingNorway there´s the spot called lax hyla (I guess) slightly above where you had been. This a very known taking spot. In my opinion the salmon cross sttraight from the rock formations of Eiterstraumen to the other side, where the gapahuk is located and then tend to swim to the spot where you had been... I mean the Eiteraga holds salmon as well, so this water must atract some fish at least...
@@michaelkaniecki1998I caught a nice one there on the railroad side of ”Hylla” last July, it took 2m from land just outside that rock point sticking out. The other bank seemed quite impossible to reach without a raft of some kind

What model of vaders you use and are good?
Hi, this is the new Guideline ULBC wader. We both used them very frequently last season and they were fantastic:) Great waders for hot summer days or if you have to walk a lot. I use a thicker wader in the start with cold temperatures in the river, then switch to this.
Great video I felt the sadness inside when you're friend lost that fish! If that was a big trout then it must have been huge to have a run like that!! Pity we'll never know but that's just fishing!! 🎣🐟 Can't wait for the next video! 🎣

You provide some of the best films about salmon fishing out there! It's a reel enjoyment to watch them everytime. I was on the orkla on week 24 last year and fished hard, deep, high, small and large during the whole week and it felt like a month before I finally got lucky with a fish. That fish on the hitch is a joy to watch. Hard fishing eventually pays off!

Great film my friend, all well put toghether. Looks like you planned your trip well. A lot of research done before you picked the fishing spot. It shows you even that it was hard work but it payed well on the end. It looks like you need to use even summer tactics if nothing else working in early season. Congratulation too you both. Hope this June not gonna be that worm. I wouldn't like to wade with no waders😂

You have to learn how to use the two-handed rod! You're pointing the rod with the upper arm. You could use a piece of wood from the Forrest! When you don't load the rod, you don't need it!
