    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 14 dny

      Good morning! I understand how disheartening a visa rejection can be. Based on the situation you described, it appears that the rejection under Section 214(b) was likely due to concerns about your financial situation. This section implies that the visa officer was not convinced that you have strong ties to your home country or sufficient financial support to study in the U.S. Here's how you might address this in a new application or interview: 1. Add more Financial Saving or Take Education Loan 2. Explain Financial Plans clearly; you let the VO officer understand how you are going to manage the finances, from where the money will come etc. 3. Strengthen your ties to your Home Country by providing reasons like family obligations, property ownership, or a potential job offer upon return. This will ensure the visa officer knows you intend to return home after your studies. If you suspect that the choice of program or university might have been a concern, consider selecting a program that aligns even more closely with your academic background or career goals, which can help justify why you need to study in the U.S. It is important that you prepare for the interview well by having a clear idea of why you chose Fitchburg State University, how the program fits into your career plans, and how you plan to manage your finances during your studies. Last but most importantly, in case of doubt, consult with an Expert who can help you understand the thinking required in visa preparation and how to answer visa questions. If you could, booking another appointment and approaching it with a reinforced application and a clear understanding of the reasons behind the initial rejection will increase your chances of success. Good luck!

      When explaining why you changed universities in a visa interview, it's crucial to construct your answer in a way that emphasizes your thoughtful decision-making and commitment to your educational and career goals. Factors that you can consider are: 1. More scholarships are offered by the New University. 2. Better Ranking, Program more aligned to your career objective, Location of the University, etc. 3. Correspondence that you have done with university officials, professors, students, etc. 4. Your own research on the new university and the program. 5. Lower costs, as the University is a Public University, etc., could be some of the reasons for you to change the university. Find reasons relevant to you. and answer accordingly.

    Thanks for the video. I have a question regarding funds to show. Actually, my mom's friend lives in the US. She offered me to live with her if i would study in the US. Can she show funds? Also, the only funds I would show are my first semester tuition fees. Is it possible?

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před měsícem

      When applying for a USA visa, two major reasons for denial are Potential Immigrants and Insufficiency of Funds. 1. Sponsorship by Mom's Friend: If your mom's friend in the US is offering to sponsor you, you must clearly explain why she is sponsoring you instead of your parents. You should be able to provide a detailed letter from her explaining your relationship, her willingness to support your education, and her financial capability. 2. Showing Sufficient Funds: Providing only one semester's tuition fees is insufficient. You need to show proof of funds covering at least one year of tuition and living expenses if not more. This includes having a clear plan for managing the remaining funds for your studies. Proper documentation and a clear explanation of your financial plan will help address these concerns and strengthen your visa application.

      If your sister is on a cruise ship and not residing permanently in the U.S., she is not considered "living" in the U.S. in the context of this question. Therefore, you could answer "No" to the question about immediate relatives living in the U.S.

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před měsícem

      You need a better explanation, as many students achieved good results during COVID-19. Instead of blaming the pandemic, explain any personal challenges you faced, such as health issues or family problems, that impacted your studies. Alternatively, highlight specific steps you've taken to improve your academic performance since then. Finding a genuine and personal reason will be more convincing.

Changing universities is optional, but enhancing your application quality is crucial.

      You need to explain this in your visa interview. There is no need to change your DS-160 form. When you mention "Self" as a Sponsor, be ready to answer on the source of funding and how you obtained these funds. Are you currently working? If so, what is your income and how long have you been employed? Providing clear and confident answers to these questions will increase your chances of securing the visa.

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 4 měsíci

      Yes, you should mention your child daughter as an American citizen in your visa application, even if she lives abroad. Failure to disclose this information can lead to complications and potential legal consequences. If you don't mention your child daughter who is a U.S. citizen in your tourist visa application, it could result in accusations of providing false information or misrepresentation. This can lead to visa denial, potential bans on future entries, or even legal action

    For higher populated provinces like Ontario a two year 50% cap (reduction) in study permit (possibly more) is being launched. Less populated provinces, 35%. Certain students are cap-exempt, i.e. master’s or PhD students. British Columbia is not accepting any international students (a few exceptions). Securing a visa is more challenging. International students (minus a few exceptions) will need to attach a "provincial attestation" to their study permit. This letter confirms the province's or territory's support for the international student (via followed regulations and proven authentic documents). Students, per year, need to show they have $21,000 in savings (after their tuition is paid plus roundtrip travel costs). Where its THEIR money that THEY can actually use for THEMSELVES while studying in Canada. No work permit for spouses. Unless the student is exempt (for specific reasons). Hence eliminating many contract marriages (i.e. IELTS spouse). The Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) will no longer be available to international students at public-private partnerships beginning September 1st, 2024. Students who’ve completed master’s programs will soon be able to get three-year PGWPs. Permit RENEWALS (and their family member who ALREADY holds a permit) are among the groups exempt from Canada’s new cap. Prediction: beginning May 1st, 2024, international students will be allowed to work between 20 to 30 hrs (not 40 hrs). Colleges are being investigated (including looking for foreign interference). Some will be banned from operating. Less overseas agents cashing in too. Canada has asked India to prevent “ghost consulting”. Canadian schools are no longer to be used primarily as a backdoor entry for people solely wanting PR. Plus not used by those planning on staying in Canada when disqualified. Plus less bad actors milking the system for money (hurting students). Especially when many countries (including Canada) are dealing with a major housing crisis not seen in most lifetimes due to many reasons (including mass migration, i.e. asylum seekers). Canada is in the top 10 for peaceful trustworthy countries and Canadians want it to stay that way for students, etc..

      To prepare for the F1 visa interview, your daughter should be ready to answer questions such as: 1. What does your father do? 2. What visa does your father hold? 3. Where does your father stay? 4. Where is your university located? 5. If it's the same location, why did you choose a university there? 6. What is your father's income? 7. On what visa did your father go to the USA? These are some of the key inquiries she may encounter during the interview, besides other questions that she needs to prepare.

    Not an important question, but just wondering - Do visa officers know if you have a family living in USA? I applied for F1 visa way back in 2006 to a college in California. My sister was a green card holder and already living in New Jersey. So many experts told me that if visa officer asks about any relative living in USA, just say “No”. I went to the interview with that intention. But somehow got nervous about lying when my turn came. Visa officer asked about any relative living in USA. I told them I have a sister living in New Jersey. Officer just said - “Ok she lives in New Jersey, and you are applying to college in ……….. Fresno. Ok. So you are on the west coast” And that’s it. She didn’t show any objection to it and approved my visa. Since that day, I have always wondered, if I had said “No, I don’t have any relative living in USA”, what would have happened. Do they have information about family at hand?

      @eacc Před 5 měsíci

      Visa officers may not have real-time information about every detail of an applicant's family connections in the USA during the interview. However, they have access to a variety of databases and information-sharing systems that may provide them with background information. In your case, it seems that the visa officer was aware of your sister's location based on the information available to them. It's important to note that providing false information during a visa interview can have serious consequences, including visa denial and potential bans on future applications. Your honesty during the interview likely played a positive role in the outcome. Visa officers generally appreciate transparency and straightforward answers.

    Hi sir I'm najib from Uganda 🇺🇬 I got rejected my b1 visa and this probably happened because I misinterpreted some qns but I reapplied again is there any chances that I will get approved this time around if I tell the vo that during my prior interview I misunderstood some qns

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 6 měsíci

      Hello Najib, I understand your concern, and it's crucial to approach the situation with clarity and confidence. In your response to the visa officer (VO), providing more substance and context to your explanation, like taking additional language support or resources to improve your comprehension, will help the officer understand what steps you have taken to improve based on your last visa interview experience. Be convincing in your answer and not just answer the question; give more facts and reasons for vo to understand why you are a genuine student and why you should be granted a USA F1 visa.

      I'm sorry to hear about your visa rejection. If you're considering reapplying for a U.S. visa, it's important to carefully assess and address any potential concerns that might have led to the rejection. Here are some suggestions: 1. Understand the Reason for Rejection: It is only possible when an expert can review your case. 2. Review and Strengthen Your Ties: Show enough ties with your home country. 3. Enhance Financial Documentation: This includes bank statements, IT returns, Liquid and Semi-liquid Investments, proof of your employment, salary, and any financial support you might have for your studies. 4. Clearly Articulate Your Intentions: Clearly state your intentions for pursuing a Master's in Hospitality Management in the U.S. Explain how this program aligns with your career goals and why it's essential for your professional development. 5. Consult with the University: Reach out to the admissions office or international student office at Alliant International University. They may provide guidance or support in addressing concerns that may have led to the rejection. 6. Seek Professional Advice: They can help you understand the grounds for rejection and guide you in preparing for the interview. 7. Reapply When Ready: Once you have thoroughly addressed any identified concerns, you can consider reapplying. However, it's crucial to wait until you have addressed the issues and can present a more compelling case.

    Can we show the bank statement of mother and uncle to the F1 visa officer by writing about our relatives in please replace?😊

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 6 měsíci

      What is your mother's source of income? Is your uncle married? Does your uncle have kids or other dependents? Why is your uncle sponsoring you? These are a few questions you should prepare to convince the vo to grant you an F1 visa. Further, you need to carry a bank statement, IT proof, sponsor letter, and other financial documents to prove that your sponsor is financially sound to sponsor you.

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 6 měsíci

      1. Financial Requirements for B1/B2 Visa for Conference Attending: a. The amount of cash needed for a B1/B2 visa for conference attendance can vary based on the duration of your stay, the location of the conference, and your anticipated expenses. It's advisable to show sufficient funds to cover your conference registration, accommodation, meals, transportation, and any other incidental expenses. b. Demonstrating your financial capability through bank statements, credit card statements, and any sponsorship or support letters is recommended. These documents reflect your ability to cover the costs associated with your trip. 2. Single PhD Scholar with USA Visa Showing Parents at Home as Strong Ties: a. Yes, showing that your parents are at home can be considered a strong tie. You can emphasize the emotional and familial connections that bind you to your home country. b. Provide evidence of your relationship with your parents, such as family photographs, documents proving shared responsibilities, or any other relevant documentation that showcases your close family ties. c. Highlight the reasons why you would return after your trip, such as completing your PhD, continuing your research, or any other specific commitments you have in your home country.

    Sir my visa was rejected in 2008 and 2014 soon again I applied I got 10 years .. now I went for Visa waver - they have refused my visa asking for 221g interview - what all I need to prepare for the interview- kindly guide me .. Thanks I Applied for Non-immigrate visa

    • @eacc
      @eacc Před 6 měsíci

      221(g) is Administrative processing: Have you been to the USA earlier or never traveled? Usually, people with a USA visa but who have never traveled are denied under 221(g) to understand why you wish to apply for the USA again under a visa waiver program. If you have traveled to the USA yet been refused under 221(g), then the visa officer would be interested in knowing about your previous visit. Prepare your answer accordingly and the reason for applying for the visa again. Being well-prepared, honest, and demonstrating strong ties to your home country increases your chances of a successful visa interview.
