So he could most likely build a army of suits if he wanted to. 3rd: Tony [Most likely] has experience with vehicles, so he could have a chance of destroying any of the Bat Vehicles. 4th: His new suits have: No armor chinks, Literal ability to take lightning from A GOD and turn it into a attack [Emp's will be less effective] 5th: Some suits have a remote Ark Reactor, and Tony removed his own. 6th: Tony [In comics] has faced against beings that could crush Batman, and made a suit SUPERIOR to his Nanotech suit [Prime Armor] and that suit can go from hidden to full on Hulkbuster IN SECONDS 7th: Batman has handheld equipment mainly refrained from Energy, while Tony has energy and missiles, and hides it all and is never handheld. 8th: he sacrificed himself for the universe. Andrew got unlucky because he came right when spider man was at it's peak with Tobey... The reason Andrew got so much hate was because everyone grew up with Tobey being spider man so seeing another actor portray our beloved webhead was unacceptable to people back in the day and also both of his films were kinda dark themed compared to Tobey it felt like it was ripped out of batman other than that i think he's an amazing actor and can definitely bring life into Peter/spider man
