Announcers can conjecture, but they need to stay in their lane. Just because you don't see something said and/or it doesn't look animated does not mean the magic words were not said. You get personal AT ALL (even using the word "you" is risky) or show up the ump (e.g. bat slam in a way that reacts to the ump, drawing a line, etc.), you'll probably get tossed.

It’s not where the pitch is caught but the strike zone of each player is different but Not the dimensions of home plate. It never went over the plate, the ump blew it!
