I have been using the injections for about a year I and noticed some scar tissue and my penis is a bit smaller , lately I stick the syringe in and I can’t inject because I think I am in the scar tissue the plunger won’t engage I move it around and it finally does,never had this problem at the start . What if you can't get a good seal? I tried it on my arm and leg and it's still not sucking. I would imagine it'd be more like cupping.

I am on 40mcl edex and it doesn't make me rigid enough for intercourse unless i get good stimulation and also concentration of my mind because if i lose concentration i lose the erection. Is trimix a better option for me so that i get a erection without needing so much help.

Is 40 mcl edex stronger than a tri mix ? With 40 mcl alone it's I'm not firm enough for sex but with alot of stimulation and mind control I can get firm enough but if I lose concentration it'll be gone. What injection will give me a erection without needing stimulated or concentration

Thank you. Many webinars or posts imply that injections should be done at 9 and 3 at ninety degrees. One third from penis base. If this is followed, after a few months this will cause fibrosis for sure.

I'm 68. Been using a pump for 10 yrs. for ED and sexual activity. I found the issue to overcome is not the choice of the pump but the choice of the constriction band. The issue is comfort vs effectiveness. Rings that are tight enough to stop venous leek tend to be uncomfortable. Rings that are comfortable require "repumping" during sex. Rings that are narrow are especially uncomfortable whereas rings that have a broad, flat interior surface tend to be more comfortable and prevent venous leek (as I can use a larger size). The only "solution" I have currently found is to use two large size, flat surface rings. I am currently using the Pos-T-Vac 6000 pump and the Pos-T-Vac Mach Tension rings. Given all the bands I've tried, I think there is room for a better design that would be both comfortable and effective. I would love to hear your thoughts.

I’m in recovery from a Radical Prostatectomy. When discussing penile rehab my doctor wasn’t very enthusiastic about these gels but when I tried one ( Vitaros) I found it worked quickly and effective without any of the stinging or other negatives often cited. Horses for courses I guess but I’m glad to have it in my toolbox 😊

I've found and used a ring that I like for several years. I put it around the scrotum as well I also have one with a vibrator on it that my wife really likes. Even if I don't need it, it is still fun to use .

Worth mentioning is that even if you don't want to wear one for sex it's a cheaper, more convenient, headache/flushing/congestion-free alternative to pills for "alone time".

I noticed that ring is very tight and painful to put on penis. How do i make it softer and not too tight the ring around base of penis? It is very uncomfortable feeling to put it on the ring when penis is harder before sex.

So the shot should be given at the base of the penis? Oh my god, the PA at the hospital says in the middle of the penis at the 10 or 2 angle. Your demo does it at the base......so, which is it?

Thank you. It’s very informative. Having ED is not the end of the world to me. However it would be cool to have an erection occasionally. Finding a good vacuum device did seem helpful but I don’t think they are well made at sex shops. Pills did nothing. I think though it’s in my brain. Lol.
