This is not a healthcare company as its name indicates, It is just a collections process of US. Some people made bogus local train passes using this ID, during lockdown. Collections process people are called AR(Accounts reveivable) There is also coding of diseases using a book, they are called coders. But nothing for healthcare. Senior Management puts the blame on the ARs and coders and keep sacking them.You will get oldest employees in HR like Fat Godrej. Angry Prasad Kadam, his chamchaa Arti Chaaskar. The ARs and Coders are use and throw. Vacancies will be available all round the year and dedicated trainers for these vacancies. Once an employee gets tenured, he is sacked and a new hire is made using low salary.

Gebbs is a worst company. The people working there are so cheap and down level people. They don't even know the corporate etiquettes. The management level asks you to work for 12/14 hours per day even if it is work from office. They will treat you like a labour. No security to female employees. Bad team leads and managers. They will give you target which you will be unable to complete, unreal targets or too much to be handled, which will take more days depending upon the work. Senior people will then torture you every hour asking updates and scolding all staff. They then put in a policy that if 50% target is not completed then you will not get salary as you will be marked absent. You will get 50% salary if you complete 80% target. Many employees were marked absent as the target was not real and the upper management put the blame on employees. Many left by themselves due to less salary and others were sacked suddenly. BUT THE HR DEPARTMENT JOB IS SAFE, THEY ARE WORKING SINCE TOO MANY YEARS. My friend Manager Atul Rawat was also sacked due to no fault of his.
