As a long time Patriots fan. Yes from the early 80's till now. I survived the 85 A whooping this is really easy to watch. Eli such a scrappy little guy. Strahan said this is when he found out how tough Brady really was as that defense in both wins was amazing up front. They were crushing Brady with hits. Brady and Strahan are great friends which is cool. This is still a fun game to watch even as a Pats fan.

Watch when the play clock gets down to 1:30 they stop the clock and add more time twice without a timeout or reason, when the clock should have continued to run down. Probably would have been 46 seconds before the helmet catch play which would make a huge difference in play calling.
The clock was stopped because they weren’t entirely sure if they got the first down. When you are spotting the ball that sort of way the clock stops.

nobody talks enough about Jay Alford’s sack, HOLY SHIT it was so clutch. To push them back 10 yards in that high pressure situation. If it weren’t for that sack, the pass to Randy Moss on the next play could’ve probably been complete.
Was at a bar in midtown Manhattan watching this game. I've never seen the bedlam that ensued after the David Tyre catch. When Plex caught the touchdown people ran out of the bar into the street! It was absolutely crazy!!!
I was in third grade when this happened. I stayed up all night crying like a baby. Heartbroken to see my team go down. I went to school the next day wearing my Brady jersey. Sat alone at lunch while everyone poked fun at me. I remember my gym teacher said something to me that day, “It’s a stupid choice wearing that jersey after what happened, but I respect the heart kid.” One of the worst memories of my childhood lol
