You can do this with just 5 guys if I see it right. Switch the 2 middle guys out periodically.

Hi colm great videos I'm looking for help for my own teams we have issues with defending and conceding goals from long balls in over the top and we have no proper goalkeeper this season. We recently conceded 11 goals which is impossible to win a games. Is there anything in a drill that I can practise with them to improve that would be appreciated.

Indeed, and that should move into the next drill.
I used to miss most shots in drills like that and the U-16 coaches still were silly enough to put me in at corner forward in the games.
