The dirtbike/BMX/motorcross world has had a very positve effect on us. Learning that through hard work and practice we will see positve results. We may not always win, wins are hard to come by, but giving 100% effort and working through the hard time we will see positive growth.

Our last SECCA race before the summer break and boy was it hot. We are at Dodge City MX in Bremen Al. The course was a little over 4 miles long with a good part of the motocross track used. The trails where a good mix of super tight but with a lot of passing areas. I had a little mishap on lap 2 that cost me 2nd place but still managed a 3rd overall. Well, our string of bad luck continues. I think the yz85. blew up after practice @SEVMX race @MonsterMountainMX So I only had the Honda 110 crf to ride. I knew we didn't stand a chance but went ahead anyway. The ol Honda really struggled on the big hills in all the mud after a monsoon rain a few hours before.       We love Kawasaki. We have klx230, just sold a 140L, had klx110,110l and a kx65. All great bikes but the need to update their 65-85 bikes.

Don’t get me wrong, as a father myself I’d definitely be in there trying to help, but my point is just that the rider could’ve said even a quick & loud ‘thanks’ as they rode off. Just a small thing, but it’s how I was raised and how I raise my kids
