This game is 25 years old. It's dystopian / cyberpunk setting is unique for its time, and R* have not used the same setting in their more popular 3D games. Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the closest things to a 3D GTA 2

Kalo nyari PC DVD game atau game2 original lawas susah di indo brother. Di indo banyak nya game2 console yang ori. Di Ebay banyak, coba deh. Shipping juga cukup mudah. Payment aja palingan yg jadi kendala, opsi yg mudah pake PayPal atau credit card, atau debit card, cuma gak semua bank indo debit card nya bisa buat transaksi internasional. Atau Amazon juga bisa jadi alternatif.

what client is this you are using to get this to work in windows xp?
No client. There are some ways you can try, like using a supported browser. One that still supports java. Or play on BlueStacks version that supports windows xp and play on android version. Or the harder way which involves One-core-api modification.
Looks and plays great, by the look of things. How much upscale did you apply for the graphics, if any?
No upscale. I just set the resolution to 720p and others left to default.

Too many questions about this "WEIRD and continuous sound in the background", sounded like someone was having a good time next to my room or at the same room. Before somebody else ask again, THAT sound was from my Voltage regulator, it is next to my CRT monitor. It produces sound like that when it works. At the time I was recording this video, the electricity was very unstable. I did explain this in the video description, but I guess it was missed many times. 😉
