My man shltr has one of the best Aesthetics in the game and this one is no exception.       I dont think so its like clearing an apps a Cache on ur phone but in a much more complex way it wont really do anything juat free up space on ur computer you dont even need to do it

    If you have the latest After Effects just go to the top menu and click edit > purge > clear all memory and disk cache. that cleared out 224GB for me just now :)
