I love original characters! It makes for greater variety. And OMG I had to go check my FO1 for weapons since I haven't taken her out of the box yet. Thank the figure gods she is complete. And I know a lot of people don't like FO1, but I do. Very happy to have her. Thank you for unboxing three of the girls in my favorite series of original characters!

While I can and do appreciate figures of original characters, I need that special emotional connection to sustain me long-term, and that connection often comes from the source material. This also serves as an effective way for me to "gatekeep" figures. There is no shortage of beautiful figures to collect after all. ٩(＾◡＾)۶ With that said, the black and white silver tactical combat gears of this series are highly appealing. Once again, Myethos' superiority in craftsmanship is on full display. They executed E perfectly. Your nickname for F was surprisingly fitting. I am glad you were able to secure a replacement for her. While I do like A, I knew you would need to find a special location for her, the instant I saw her stand. Thank you for the video! Im all for original character figures, they are very cool - as you have stated. Sometimes when I look at my collection I do feel a little sad because I dont have a whole lot of original characters. My collection is getting close to 200 pieces (and still counting) but there's about 5-6 characters that I have multiple versions of, simply because I love that character so, so much. If I were to reduce the multiple versions of a character, I could perhaps replace them with original character figures instead but alas I dont think I can part ways with them T^T

that madoka figure is stunning BUT for that price its a no from me lol. like that's more pricey than 1/4 scales nowadways and there's plenty of other grandiose elaborate and cutie patooie madoka figures on the market. if i were you i'd wouldn't pre-order it but wait for it to be released and see if you can get her cheaper pre-owned or (as many figues have recently) see if she goes on sale.

I may get the Kurisu to go along with my Okabe. I wish they didn't take her college paper away from 1.0 though lol. In general, the newer Nendos are kind of sparse with the accessories it seems like (although it seems like the prices went down some as well). But those older Nendos in the bigger boxes were like entire playsets!

That monkey girl figure is Anu, from The Legend of Sword and Fairy series (formerly known as Chinese Paladin), one of my favourite games from my years of chibii. I have Nendoroids of the main cast, which I love despite their slightly subpar quality. Your "buy them all" statement reminds me of a note Hololive Marine recently left at her figure display at AX 2024. She wrote, "How's the Captain's Figure display ~? We're all beautiful right!! OK buy them all!!!!" That is right, fellow collectors. We edon't need to choose. We just need a thicker wallet or a bigger purse, and a ton more space. The face of a figure is paramount. If the face doesn't look right, then it is an automatic no-buy for me, no matter how awesome the rest of the figure is. And yes, sage collector. If you have come this far with PUP Madoka, you are obligated to bring home Nagisa Momoe. As for that scale, if Aniplex thought we would pay that price for a new anniversary Madoka figure...? Im collecting the Delicious in Dungeon crew in the PUP-line so Izutsumi is definitely going on the preorder list but was not expecting the XL Chimera Falin; I dont think I would have space for her >.> Im also eyeing the Elma Ice Cream version as Ive been wanting an office suit-lady of Elma for some time now (I have a shelf for office ladies figures ^w^) as her attire is the next best thing closest thing to a professional business suit. I pre-ordered the nendoroid of Frieren! She has many iconic scenes and now that the mimic is coming out, I'm really glad I went for the nendo. I also loved the 2.0 nendo's, they really needed an upgrade. Next time we will see Taiga, with swapped colors of the 2 versions lmao

Good Smile Company and friends: how can you announce so many goodies in a single event?! I went into the event not expecting much, but came out of it with my Wallet-kun sweating profusely and quivering in fear! ૮₍˶Ó﹏Ò ⑅₎ა I am positively overjoyed with the plethora of Nendoroids and figmas featured! Just to name a few - Ah! My Goodness (Belldandy), Overdose, Lain (??), Frieren (Mimic of course! Never once did I imagine one of the biggest fears from my early D&D childhood days would inspire so much pleasure whenever I see one! xD), RoLW, Apothecary, Danganronpa, Atelier, Konosuba, Oshi no Ko, Zelda, Vocaloids (Daughter and Servant of Evil), Kirby, and, of course, my personal favorite(tm), Hololive! ˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) I am super happy that GSC is doing version 2.0 of Steins;Gate and Toradora Nendoroids too. Many of my older Nendoroids, like the ones from Love Plus, would love to see a similar upgrade. After all, all Nendoroids deserve the opportunity to stand proudly alongside their peers without the fear of tumbling at the mere touch of air and admiring glances. ദ്ദി´▽`) I am still waiting for the perfect Frieren scale figure, but this one by GSC looks pretty good.
