Got this beauty form a friend's garage. After some rough carb and ignition adjustement it runs like this.. I will fine tune it after installing new exhaust system.

Good luck with your bike :) I still haven't managed to adjust it....it seems that one carb gets more fuel than another...I've checked vacuum and adjusted pilot screws but nothing seems to work. I'm guessing that there is something wrong with needle / needle jet...
