I have schizophrenia too, i hear voices, it is of my family punishing me and controlling my mental ability to think, like I can't think the thoughts i want and I can't open my heart in a normal way and just feel my heart and belive there is hope for me, deep breathing helps, but it is really difficult at times, looking for friends, let me know what your schizophrenia and voices are i am very lonely and feel alone in my disease

I hear voices too but i try to talk to them they tell me to stop talking to them, i cannot talk to them without them getting mad at me and them telling me to unalive myself.
