Great video. So RonDB is an alternative to Redis or RonDB can be used as an alternative to InnoDB storage engine?
Hi! Yes, RonDB is an alternative to Redis. However, supporting the Redis API for RonDB is still work in progress. Hence, it currently depends on whether you would be ready to use a MySQL server or the RonDB Rest API Server (RDRS) instead. The latter does not require any custom client libraries - you just do REST API calls. RonDB is definitely also an alternative to InnoDB - there are also resources on the internet comparing InnoDB with MySQL NDB Cluster, which are just as relevant, since RonDB is a fork of NDB.

Hi, can we use Feature view for on-demand transformation within the request? User sent a request with some raw data, so is it possible to use this raw data as input to a feature view to process and call a model inference?
Hi Jose, Yes you can create a custom transformation and assign it to a feature in the feature view. When you use the feature view to retrieve data and you provide passed features, the feature view will apply your custom transformations to the passed features as well.
