Get a couple of business cards and put them on either side of the rotors. Apply the brake, then tighten the bolts. This way, that eliminates the shifting of the caliper when you are tightening them down and ensures perfect Clearance. You're welcome 😁

Nach nur ein paar Kilometern war das Display bereits kaputt. Es hat viel Mühe und Zeit gekostet, bis mir endlich ein neues Display zugeschickt wurde. Es ist irreführend, dass sie behaupten, ihren Sitz in Frankreich zu haben, denn die angegebene Telefonnummer auf ihrer Website ist nicht erreichbar. Nachdem ich das neue Display erhalten habe und eine Probefahrt gemacht habe, stellte ich fest, dass die Unterstützung nicht mehr bis 25 km/h reicht, sondern nur noch bis 15 km/h. Das Schlimmste ist jedoch, dass die Bremsen nicht mehr funktionieren. Ich hatte fast einen Unfall, der tödlich hätte enden können. Zudem quietschen die Bremsen unerträglich laut. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle zu einer Fahrradwerkstatt gehen und Öl nachfüllen lassen. Dies ist eine unzumutbare Lösung für ein neues Fahrrad, das gerade erst gekauft wurde. Ich werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten, wenn ich überhaupt einen Ansprechpartner finden kann. Es scheint, dass die Teile aus China kommen und nicht aus Frankreich. Dies ist eine bewusste Täuschung, um den Eindruck zu erwecken, dass es einen Ansprechpartner in Europa gibt. Absolute Abzocke! Beware of Cyrusher Ranger - Total Scam! I purchased a Cyrusher Ranger bike and am utterly disappointed with the quality and customer service. After just a few kilometers, the display was already broken. It took a lot of effort and time before they finally sent me a new display. It's misleading that they claim to be based in France because the phone number provided on their website is unreachable. After receiving the new display and taking a test ride, I found that the assistance no longer supports up to 25 km/h but only up to 15 km/h. The worst part is that the brakes no longer work. I nearly had an accident that could have been fatal. Additionally, the brakes make an unbearable squeaking noise. When I contacted customer service, they told me to go to a bike shop and have oil added. This is an unacceptable solution for a brand-new bike that was just purchased. I will now pursue legal action if I can even find a contact person. It appears that the parts come from China, not France. This is a deliberate deception to create the impression of having a contact in Europe. Absolute scam! People, beware and stay away from this bike. It is completely dangerous, and the customer service is terrible. Definitely avoid the Cyrusher Ranger

Use brake clean spray to clean the pads. That will remove that oil.

I purchased a new Cyrusher not yet a year ago. My battery went bad and although under warranty over 65 days have passed and still no replacement. Before filing the warranty claim they made me take over a half dozen videos of me testing the battery. I think this is well beyond what is expected from the average consumer. Dozens of emails and phone call and still no battery. I wouldn’t buy a Cyrusher bike if it was the last mode of transportation on earth. I e heard every excuse that it was shipped, delayed and bottom line….still no battery and he bike is useless.BUYER BEWARE….DO NOT PURCHASE A CYRUSHER.
