It's pronounced keentoh not kweentoh. Great video though!
Ken, what a great video, great to see so much progress
😮 Looking good , Ken thank you
The Bajo Quinto could also be used for Oberkrainer Music
♍️⚡️👍🤘🕊️
Thanks Ken , you could for sure make a full length video and call it "Paul Mero tips and tricks"
Thanks Ken , I can't wait to see the finished Baja.
great shit brother
Sadly, I didn't heed your warnings and have an archtop needing some major love
@@peterott7088 just don’t do it 50 more times my friend
Ken helped me evaluate a Silvertone archtop a year or so ago, I have it playable now
Thanks for the video - very educational 👍

Thanks for watching. 50,000 baggage handlers can't be wrong )))
Thanks Ken, I knew nothing of these instruments till today.
Thanks Roger, neither did I )))
Thank you both for the history of these instruments
My pleasure. Thanks for watching Peter )))
I have a sexto I have to repair. Can't wait to watch this to help understand the instrument a little better. There's no brand name or markings at all so I know it's the real deal.
I'm right there with you Mike. Thanks for watching )))
I liked the Mando bass, to me the lesson was in the clamping and clamping cauls. Thanks Ken
Thanks for watching Roger. Once I realized that focusing force on one clamping spot was not going to be effective, much less more likely to create additional damage, things came together much better )))
Thank you. I’m watching in 2024
Thanks for watching. This one stood the test of time )))
Ken, thanks for always creating interesting content!
Thanks for tuning in Peter )))
Thanks Ken. You always have something interesting to watch. 👍👍👍
Thanks for tuning in )))

Ken, what a pleasant surprise to this very early Friday morning. Nice work, great to see this upgrade
Thanks Peter )))
How much is the Raggedy Ann bench cover from Stew Mac?
I bought it at the Rainman Store. It’s bout a hunert dollars
Hey Paul, Should the spacing between the edge and center strings at the nut be the same as the spacing established by the tail?
Theoretically yes. Using the junk I do, maybe not. Thanks for watching)))
@@paulmerojunkpileguitars You're welcome. Thank you.

I have an Egmond! Great video helped a lot
Glad to hear that. Thanks for watching Jason )))
Nice video. I´m getting some HUM problems. Might try this way. What value pot are you using ?? Cheers from Madrid
500 K Thanks for watching Dan)))
I just bought a 1960 Harmony Monterey that has a slightly loose neck. It stays in tune at a whole step down, but will stay in tune at normal pitch. So I started looking into how to reset the neck and found this video. Now I get to go back and see all your other videos to learn the prep, but I am looking forward to trying this. So a huge THANK YOU for taking the time to teach us yahoos how to do this!!!
Thanks for watching my friend)))
Thanks, Ken
Thanks 👍👍👍🎸
Ken, thanks for another interesting video
Waiting for the rest
You’re the responsible party )))
Great video. Any idea where I could find neck binding to match a 50's K-161? Luthier here fit a nee piece which is too creamy - the Old Kraftsman binding seems to have translucent greenish tint ivoroid look.
Thanks Ken
You bet!
For what it is worth I have been having great success cleaning and restoring plastic using the Meguire PlastX with a Rupes blue wool pad on a rotary buffer.
Ken, it's great to see the recent variety in content. Nice to see this rare instrument get some tlc
