Magic: the Gathering lore often involves some apocalyptic threat or another, but Weatherlight's journey to Rath is a more contained adventure story that centers around the rescue of Captain Sisay.

Don't get discouraged because of the lack of views on this one. You have an interesting format and sense of humor, all the elements of greatness are here, just waiting to find the right push off point. Magic lore, especially really old lore, is rather nitch. If it's your jam stick with it and do what feels right, but I would love to see you cover some conventional books, franchised fantasy or otherwise. The audience overlap between magic nerdom and fantasy nerdom is probably high so dipping your toes might be a thought.
