in 2006 a friend of mine had pulsar 150dTSi, for his bike servicing, we went to Bajaj showroom in Begumpet, Hyderabad there i found the pictures of pulsar 200dtsi which was to be launched, after seeing the photos i have spoken with the branch manager and he said this bike is not launched yet but if you want us to deliver we will charge 30,000 more. the next day i paid them full amount after 2 months of waiting i got my pulsar 200dtsi in October 2006 and the showroom manager said this is the first bike in Hyderabad and after 5 6 months i saw the TV commercial i miss those days and i miss my bike.. I have many memories attached with that...thank you so much for sharing this video

I am facing same problem.

I have suffered this problem for a very long time,serviced it quite for some times,bt that issue still existed,until today.I consult with the chief & experienced technian,who examimed the bike & told me it was carburetor issue.He cleaned it,and replaced a small part of carburetor and now the bikes running like new!!!! No problem at all.thanks god for his help or i had to change the wholr carb with a new one. Its carburetor problem & dont consult with the usual technicn whos are inexperienced.its solvable.

Same issue mere bike me Aya tha, apne gadi ka vacuum pipe air filter to carburetor and carburetor to engine vo tight hona chahiye aur apne spark plug ko jo wire jati he vo thoda cut Karo aur vapas spark plug ko lagao. To ye problem solve hua

Faced missing and sudden stopping issues 3 times. 1st time i solved it by changing sparkplug l 2nd time I saw water logging at fuelcap due to drain pipe blockage cleaned the pipe and it got rectified.3rd time is now and I have alredy changed and cleaned air filter still not working. Thinking of cleaning carburettor but bike is not even starting to take to service center

I think this issue is happening because of the CDI. Try swap the CDI from any working gixxer bike and test.

Hi, Have you found the solution this issue, I am facing same problem with my gixxer now, not sure after riding 2 kms bike suddenly stops as if fuel is over and after that I have to wait for 10 mins to start the bike again..Some time I drain some fuel from carburettor then bike starts…could you please drop me text here if it got fixed for you?
