Hey dear friends! I’m so glad you found me. I hope you’ll stick around if you like seeing the normal side of life. I am a fulltime working mom of one amazing teen son. We have two little dogs keeping us on our toes. My husband and I have loved over 100 kids during our 20 year marriage. He encouraged me to start sharing things I’ve learned along the way as a mom. You totally explained how I feel when getting out of the pool! I love exercising in the pool. It is definitely easier on the spine and joints. You still feel it when you get out. When I first started, I was surprised to be sore the next day. With chronic pain, at least the soreness was actually from doing something good for myself and not just from existing .

Glad you added that oatmeal recipe to the description box- I thought I missed it. So something fun that my friend does, once a year her whole neighborhood pick a week to have a yard sale. You can decide if you want to participate or note. They send out flyers, then they advertise. For 2 days each house that joins, opens their driveways and garages. They encourage you to take pictures of a couple big items and “release” them a couple days before the sale.
That’s exactly what we are doing at the end of summer! Fall yard sales are my favorite.
