A horrifying glimpse of how fast an ore hauler sinks. Now imagine an open top ore hauler breaking in half due to metal fatigue, that's happened a bunch of times. In 3 cases I'm aware of, the ships just went missing because there was no distress call. Everything is fine one minute, then boom, it folds in half and sinks, and to this day nobody even knows exactly where they sank.
