MicroBrute trigger in sequencer TR-606 trigger out Bastl Dude overdriven Drumatix Bass Drum

Trigger in, trigger out rhythmic sequences on Arturia Microbrute mono synth. Bastl Dude mixer makes mutes possible on modified Roland TR-606 drumatix with separate outputs. Lo or Hi Tom trigger outs on the TR-606 produce a 5 volt pulse to clock step & drive Roland and other sequencers. Word of warning, the earlier Arturia Minibrute mk1 gate / trigger in did not clock step the sequencer or arpeg...
Roland Aira TB-3 Techno and Arturia Drumbrute Impact bangin’
zhlédnutí 397Před 3 lety
The well underrated TB-3 absolutely singing here. I really do like this machine especially it’s 32 note sequence length, the real-time input and the built in FX. Light “show” at 2:05. Excuse the rubbish “camera work” , sorry truly awful but at least captured the groove and that is the main thing. Great combo. Drumbrute impact getting more like a TR-909 every time I use it but better I think in ...

TD-3 much better than I expected. An absolute bargain. Well done Behringer, hats off to you Sirs. Sounds to my ears about 98% of the Roland TB-303. Sync in is good. Here Drumbrute Impact is master and working at 1pps from DB. TB-3 Trigger syncs good with Roland TR-606 at 2 ppqn Love the Snare and Hi-Hats on the DBi
TR-626 controlled by Drumbrute Impact
zhlédnutí 409Před 3 lety
Two Drum Machines. Roland TR-626 sounds being sequenced by an Arturia Drumbrute Impact. 2018 pads with mutes and solos controlling 1987 sounds. A good combination makes meh machines better than the sum of their parts. I love the TR-707 like bass drum & snare on the 626. I also like the closed high hat and the toms & congas. A lot of decent sounds on the 626. The 626 also has a standard 5volt se...
TB303 Bass line and TR606 Drumatix

Roland’s original silver boxes from 1982 still sound great today. I’ve had this TB-303 over 30 years ( bought for £60! ) but haven’t owned a TR-606 since 1985. Just got this one off ebay for £400. They are synced in time via the pre midi 5 pin Din Sync24 cable. - sorry about the portrait format, wasn’t thinking - The great thing about the Drumatix is that it has 2 x 3.5mm 5v trigger outs on the...

    Love the old style needle dashes and mechanical odometers, too bad more and more bikes and cars come with electronic dashes.

    I would have thought the engine should have been warmed up first, esp. on a cold day, looking at the gauge it was showing a low temperature, the engine sounded terrible. I've just ordered one, hope it sounds better than that.

    2022 and i am considering one.... they not run in at 600miles ... .. they do 80+ mph and average 75-85mpg depending how you ride them... they are not motorbikes they are maxi-scooters and handle in the scooter style... you get used to them... with todays fuel cost and roads full of text driving barrstarrds... and ridiculous speed limits and cameras and fines... they are a great option as daily transport.. .. .. i rarely go above 70mph nowdays only to overtake perhaps when its safe.. .. 300cc is the perfect size for a scooter.... above that you might as well get a normal bike.. ..

    I’ve synchronised my td3 with the impact but td3 sound so weird want connected to my jack splitter... can you help me ? How to correctly sync the td3 with impact, if you can explain how you did it

    • @volt7cooltangs701
      @volt7cooltangs701 Před 3 lety

      Hi Hillzee, ok. 1) Impact Clock out to TD3 sync in socket using mono 3.5mm cable. 2) Stop the TD3 running. 3) Set TD3 to Trig & 1PPS by pressing the BACK & WRITE/NEXT buttons together 4) put TD3 into Sync mode (see step 3) and make sure buttons 4 & 5 are flashing, that indicates Trig 1pps mode. note: when changing TD3 sync modes, make sure the sync cable is unplugged, set the mode, then plug cable back in. In the above scenario the Impact is the master clock, to sync properly, press start first on TD3, the TD3 will then wait till you press start on the Arturia Impact, when you do both will run in perfect sync. or... It might be easier just to sync the two via a 5 pin din standard midi cable. Midi out from Impact to Midi in on TD-3.

      Hey cheers Hugh. Yes that’s is the lovely little Bastl Dude mixer & for some of these vids also use a small Maker Hart Loop 8 mixer that is mainly for 3.5mm stereo jack input. The mic is just my iphone 8 plus recording the air. Amp is a cheap 1988 30watt NAD 3130 hifi amp but has a sweet sound and the speakers are 90s era average inexpensive bookshelf hifi speakers that I’m always on the verge of blowing either the tweeters or woofers 😆🔊🎵👊🏻

      Yes I eventually did hit 90mph on this Forza 300. I ended up buying motorcycles. Still have 2002 BMW F650 CS single, 2018 KTM Duke 790 & 2017 Triumph Thruxton 1200. But the Forza would still be the best around the city and much more practical. Saying that I do love riding my MCs more.
