yeah, some of this fights can be very brutal, shadow man is just awfully designed, thankfully the Wily wars fixed him and a bunch of other problems from 3, i highly recommend checking it out if you didn't already. elec man is funny, if you don't know what to do it's an absolute nightmare, but if you know he becomes one of the easiests (if not THE easiest) bosses to fight no miss/damage buster only, oh and i 100% agree with you about needle man, he's great. now, i know you already suffered a lot with some of this fights... but if you want to do another challenge, try fighting the doc robots from 3 buster only, but be warned, some of them are NOT going to be fair in any way, good luck

I never really had a hard time with elec man, but I did with airman😔

My opinion of four hardest Mega Man Boss against only Mega Buster are Needle Man, Quick Man, Elec Man and Shadow Man in Mega Man 1, 2 and 3. My opinion of four easiest are Bomb Man, Snake Man, Magnet Man and Heat Man, but in Normal Difficult of Mega Man 2 all Boss are easy except Quick Man.

One robot master I’d want you to experience buster only is torchman from 11. Even though you have the charge which does make it is slightly easier it still is a hard fight.

Hard Man is the first robot master I ever beat, and he can be brute forced. If you dodge all his body slams, you can get fairly close and just mash B (letting his fists hit you). You should beat him with a small bit of HP left.

funny story, i killed shadowman on accident when i was a kid, i had topmans power and didnt understand what it did, then i missclicked and picked the wrong weapon, and jumped twice on shadowman somehow.

As someone who has done this challenge without taking damage for the first five games, you really do get a sense that some of these bosses were never playtested, lmao Like, between Quick Man’s bugged AI and Air Man’s undodgeable tornadoes, it’s bs after bs. Someone already told you, but there’s a cheese strat for Elec Man anyone can do, just look up “Elec Man revenge” and you should find it, otherwise he’s definitely a pain lol The most consistent thing abt Shadow Man is that he only does 2 jumps at the start of the battle and 3 for the entire rest of it, that’s all lol (I even have a vid of it on my channel lol) Just please, NEVER do this for the Doc Robots, only if you truly want to drive yourself insane

Okay from my experience I can probably list off who was the most annoying robot master in each game mm1 elec man, mm2 quick man, mm3 shadow man, mm4 bright man or ring man, mm5 maybe was Wave man, mm6 has some of the easier robot masters but Yamato man is my guess, mm7 Slash man, megaman 8 I think Aqua man or Tengu man may cause problems, mm9 Plug man or Galaxy man, mm10 is nitro man or solar man due to them being fast or get stronger as the battle drags on, and mm11 is Torch man. I don’t know if we’re counting megaman and bass but, Burner man was a nightmare even with his weakness. My favorite robot masters Are Elec man, Quick man because he’s the original rival character other than wily. And turbo man because I love his design as a gearhead

I always use Niles because of kidnapping funnies so shura’s somewhat pointless. If I really want another adventurer I can just get nile’s kid. And while adventurer is great it’s not like you want an entire adventurer army.

Honestly just pick the character designs that I like, I always liked playing ken because of his design though I suck ass at playing him in 3rd strike. Supposedly he's top 3, but he doesn't feel like it to me since idk how to abuse super 3. His tatsu and hadouken both suck.

There's one more thing I think that should be noted: Tier lists are subjective. They are the _opinions_ of players. Even if "everyone" agrees that "Character X is X powerful," it does not mean that Character X is objectively at that power level. It is the reason why devs don't always listen to the community. The players may perceive things as better or worse than they actually are.
