@@thehallwayfamily You're welcome and I agree not many understand.. one of the tough parts about it too is people often look at military wives so bad like we're destined to be unfaithful to our spouse or like we married them soley for the benefits.. it sucks sure it does happen but many of us really just love that person and want to spend our life with them only, benefits or not.

What you fail to realize is the some electrolyte drinks contain up to a 1,000 mg of sodium which is almost half of your daily intake and can make most people easily exceed what is needed by drinking it. You don’t need much salt to be effective unless you’re really exercising hard and sweating a lot. For the average person this is enough ❤

@@thehallwayfamily my dude, electrolyte drinks are not meant to be consumed casually - they are made for athletes who are sweating excessively and need to quickly replace the sodium lost through their sweat. It’s perfectly fine for them to have 1,000mg of sodium to replace lost sodium - that is the whole point of the drink. Do you think these drinks are made for non-athletes to just casually sip on throughout the day?? Imagine reviewing an electrolyte drink without even knowing what the purpose of an electrolyte drink is.

Because a lot of people are casually drinking them because they don’t want to drink plain water so this is a good option for them. A flavor enhancer if you will. Also, a good option for those who are sick and dehydrated and can’t have excess sodium but again we can agree to disagree. It’s not that serious
