    This video is just a month old when he is quoting a price of 1.9 Cr. But when I called him yesterday he quoted 2.3 Cr for this same property and justifying me that the video is old and prices are revised now. Please ask him what development has done within this period of one month that has led to an increase of nearly 15% or 40 lacs in this property price. Please note that possession is already offered for this property about 6 months back from the developer.

      Yes we are agent of all builders and thank you so much for your comment. Our intention is not to promote only single Builder, but our Moto is to provide right info to the investors else. Investors has on decisions rights. They can go anywhere.

      @@ChanderSainvlog I wonder what kind of Guide you are that you are misleading innocent investor and advising them for Investment in Sector 37D... Gurgaon Investors are those who wants to encash profit in Short term and 37D is not at all the right choice for that. Even for long term investor, there are plenty of other sector on Dwarka Expressway and there is not fair price valuation when it comes to Real Estate or Share Market. A price of 4k was not fair few years back and now 16k also becomes favorable .. 20k is not the right spot..within couple of years even 25-30k will be justified.. Best would be to choose the right sector and locality and Sector37D is for sure not a right sector for that weather be it Navraj or Hansraj :D Please take responsibility when you join CZcams .. getting client shudn't be the only moto..bringing trust and confidence among viewers shud be your first target.

      Yes yes, there on Dwarka Expressway. There is a multi options, but I think you taking personally, and you think I am misleading the innocent customers towards the Dwarka Expressway. Not exactly. I believe if the customer have the 3CR and 3CR below budget and looking good investment on Dwarka Expressway. then sector 30 7D and the Navraj is the best option, but I’m not saying like this key Navraj only the best option in the market. There is plenty options also available in the Gurgaon RealEstate Forum1, but it’s totally pure and pure depends on the Customer, how they are looking forward their investment. What is their holding capacity and how much time they can give on their investment, so it depends on theCustomer, and dear Sir, if you can understand what I feel because customer also go with the flow because my friends, my neighbour or anyone known person going to the other projects, he also make their interest to invest their, but they don’t understand this investment can be fruitful that person maybe not for him or herself as well, if the customer or maybe you or any other looking the brand and go forward and they can afford and they have 5CR and above budget yes, we also offer big brands, big ticket size investment as well, so it’s not like that key. I’m only in an only promoting sector 30 7D and Navraj, but this is the reality in the real estate market.

Moreover you said making short term investment I think it's more suitable for people making investment in high risk stock market
