I had a great hectic 7 day cruise along with my sister. We were on the fourth ever sailing of the Jubilee January 20 to 27, 2024. Weather and rough seas caused us to miss our Costa Maya port and some outdoor activities, but we still did plenty and had a terrific vacation. Good question. Besides the casino you can smoke on the forward starboard side of decks 3, 9, and 10. All outside.

I've done many short cruises so now long cruises are the only way to see new ports. New ports are the most exciting part of cruising.

I love the Carnival ships I’ve been on. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the clientele.
We didn't have a problem but you should read the almost racist comment about Chinese guests in part 3 of my MSC Virtuoso cruise. Many westerners didn't like the Chinese.
Are there showers in the deck 5 locker room that are open to the public? I heard the stateroom showers are smaller than normal.
Yes, the locker room showers are free to all guests. The stateroom showers are typical size but have glass doors.
