The reason is when we join the fingertips of our palm together there is an alignment of the body and the mind when the body and mind are aligned you feel a sense of composure within and you feel a sense of calm within there is an energy of calmness that comes to you. it's just that aligning the energies of the body and mind together and creating synchronicity is very crucial so this mudra is all about bringing a harmonious code between the mind and the body it works so well whenever a kind of stream of negativity comes into you by number of different reasons this is the best mudra to be in I would rather recommend that we shall be in this mudra for about 10 to 20 minutes every single day and walk if you walk like this you would be very mindful of your walk it would be like meditation it's amazing

    I have glasses L = -3.5 and R= -2.5 i will start the exercise from tomorrow from 10/9/2024 and will update everyweek on sunday i will do this once . Like me by reminding. I will do this for 1 year and then get my eye checked again

    Jo log bhi puch rahe hae ,mujhe lgta hae unhe krna chahiye kiyuki mere school ke teacher the ek unhe may be 3 no. Tha from class 6 to 8 . In 2 saal ke andr hi unhone chasme lagane band kr diye the ,kuch students ne pucha tha unhone kaha ,k vo eye. Excercise krti thi, green veges zrur khati thi ,and jab chasme ki zrurat ho kisi kaam krte time tabhi lagati thi baki jo kaam uske bina ho skte hae tab nahi lagati thi . Mujhe lgta hae sbko try krna chahiye jinhe bhi chasme lge hae 🙂
