Half the comments need to focus their anger towards that actual villains that made the JD team change the song, it was all because of leakers. Whenever something gets leaked before it’s officially released especially with licensing and agreements involved, it kinda ruins the chances of it becoming a reality. Put props to the JD team for working around the problem.

I understand the frustration with this yet I don't exactly hate it. They might just use "Sweet Dreams" another day. Plus, they could have added more to the prequel. It has only vaguely added to Night Swan's past but not enough to be more clear. Not bad, but could be better.

I mean, if they were gonna make a whole new song instead of just paying to make a cover, they could’ve redone the choreo but have the performer lip sync the replacement song instead of just making Leda’s lips less visible. I can still see her lip syncing Sweet Dreams.

I've never been so disappointed with Ubisoft... When the dance starts, you can clearly see the coach's lips singing Sweet Dreams... Last year no Wannabe by Spice Girls, and this year another disappointment. Good job Flopsoft..
Like Dina said, we couldn't have SD because of the leaks. Even if it's true that Ubisoft doesn't always take good decisions, it is important to take a step back so we can see who the real culprit is in that case

Let’s remember who made this game in the first place before giving them all this hate. Their options here were likely limited. They could either just forget about it, or replace the song. They likely couldn’t do a cover either because they weren’t given instrumental licenses either. I hate how everyone in this fandom is being so ignorant and oblivious to the work that went into creating a brand new song so that they could still give this map to their fans. Ubisoft is a company, not a miracle worker. I am much happier with Darkest Hour than just having nothing. Did we even deserve Sweet Dreams with all the leaking? probably not.
