I've read how people that have lost fear may have toxoplasmosis. It's from handling cat feces, while cleaning box and not washing hands. That's why they say for pregnant women not to handle the cat litter box.

I was automatically pumping gas and i saw that it didnt stop when tank was full and a bunch spilled on the ground. I quickly went to take out hose and stop it and it took a few seconds from which got on my hands a little on my pants. I quickly went inside to ask what i should do because i was afraid to turn on ignition. Should i just wait until of it dries up? Manager comes out saying that nothing would happen and that its npt true about it catching on fire just like that like. He said that was just in the movies. I looked at him weird and confused and he said, i can prove it, you got a match? I was like whaaaa?? I told him, i took him at his word, but that i didnt want to do that hahaha. All the while we were talking, it had evaporated, so i thanked him and went on my way. They say it's not that easy, just for the movies, but i don't want to try 😂

I don't quite know what illness would cause this to happen, but the frontal lobe is the area of the brain most associated with reasoning, logic, and emotion. If this part of the brain happened to be working improperly, either due to a section/lobotomy or another issue affecting neurological ability, it could cause someone to lose their sense of fear and self-awareness. After further research, it would appear that she could be in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's Disease, or suffering with Chronic-Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). Alzheimer's Disease is usually hereditary, and is more common in middle-aged or elderly males, but also has occurred in females of similar age. However, there's no easy answer for other causes, other than patterns in lifestyle. CTE is caused by head trauma, due to how fragile the human brain is.
