Another great video. I still haven't figured out my printer like yours. Do I put the white ink on in the design program for the under base or does the printer software put it on. I also bought the digital factory for 60 something. I'll get the info for you if you would like it.

Will this print on glass ones too? Alao does it print on a sheet, so you can sell sheets ready to ship to customers. Are you still happy with your machine?

Did I hear that correctly? 20 minutes per cup/glass? At best with no delays that is 3 per hour. Is it even possible to make any money at that rate? I'm thinking of adding a UV to our laser business and trying to see if it is worth it. Thanks.

Great video and subscribed. Is it possible to print for the clear bottle in layers - so first layer prints the design in colors (not white base), then second layer prints the white layer (white base) and then last top layer reprints the design in colors. This way the white background base color doesn't appear on the inside of the bottle as much. Would be awesome to see another video with this example on clear bottle container. Also - what is the maximum height/distance in MM/Inches a bottle can be to fit on the roller and be able to print?

I would imagine that most of your negative points about the "Maintenance" would apply to most UV printers, don't you think?

Hola denuevo, finalmente decidi comprarla y hasta ahora muy contento salvo por dos cositas, primero las impresiones me salen sobre todo por la zona blanca como algo ralladas, no se ve mal pero tampoco se ve liso, y sobre todo lo peor que llevo es el barniz, el barniz me salen muchas motas, burbujitas , pero muchas, no se como bajarlas, y solo sale al aplicar el barniz. Sabrias alguna posible solucion? gracias de antemano. Un saludo

I just ordered this printer. You really did a nice, informative review. It’s great that you’ve already gotten a few other owners commenting, because as you said, there isn’t a lot of info out there. Hopefully we can support each other when issues arise. About the software, I own a later version of this. I think mine is 10.2 or something. All of the software installs require a USB dongle, so I’m pretty sure it is legit. The issue, as Chitowntexan pointed out, is that it does not work on windows 11. At least mine won’t. I use my older laptop and haven’t updated past windows 10. I DID NOT know that I had to make a choice between the UV ink or the DTF ink. Like you, I’ll use this for small wares. Thanks again and good luck with your printer and channel.

On that Cadlink Rip software you were showing for over $700.00, That is the full version which covers all size printers and the desktop version which is half the price covers up to A2 size but is still a full version. Watch the video, you can fix your artwork without leaving the Rip. check it out. I have the same printer different supplier. I don't know how to set it up from scratch and make my first print. Kudos to you for figuring it out.

we just purchased the exact unit you have we assembled it and did the ink, including using the syringe to purge ink. we tried printing with test and it prints good. however, we tried to print a sample logo and this is where we are have an issue. The machine is moving back and forth as it's printing, but no ink is coming out. Do you have any idea what we're doing wrong

I heard the Chinese ink smells bad, but if u get premium ink you won't have that problem. I'd like to know how my inches does the flatbed go down?

I just ordered a UV printer from Alibaba as well. I’m leaning, but I think the humidity has to do with static interfering with the ink initially laying on whatever surface you’re printing on. Unless you’re getting zapped when touching doorknobs and stuff, you probably don’t need a humidifier.

Hello!! First place congratulations for the videos!! I have the same machine since three weeks a go, and i have a serious problem with the impressions. When i send the document, like an A4 with images, the machine doesn´t respect the size of the document and print in a smaller size. But this only happens in the x axis.... I mean, the size of the A4 is 21 x 29,7 cm but the machine prints 19 x 29,7, and obviously affects all the images contained. Did you have the same problem anytime? Can you help me please?? Thanks!!
