I had a player do exactly the same thing to me the other night , they weren't defensive, and didn't have slip , just PIB , and even though i had PIB it just wouldn't lock onto them , I had to swop to focus fire and free aim them , how do they do that ? and is there another counter ? The rank means nothing if before was 500 or 900 rank. Also you aim and when you lock the player pushing the stick of joystick up to find the head in the same time you open the deadeye for headshots. If he have cronus he have auto headshots (aim shoot) .if he play free aim is more quickly...he aim with deadeye open and don't wait the system for assist aim (aim lock)

I'm level 155 so pretty low. When I'm minding my own business and just want to be left alone and someone tries to grief me I breakout the dbow.. Happened to me the other day in fact. Some high level guy killing low levels for no reason in St Denis, I was in algernons shop doing collector stuff and I noticed him running towards so i waited with the bow out. He was greeted with a dynamite to the face. He left the session 😂
