Then, practice locally where you know your way around town. Your just overloading yourself with to much information to start driving "and" to not know your way around town. Good job, WolfMan!

These videos are great because you get to kinda feel those feelings again. Makes me giddy and gives me a tiny bit of that adrenaline you get the first time riding when you are super unsure of everything you are doing like theres a gigantic spotlight on you.

Omg you've only done 2 days riding on the street on the MSF Motorcycle Safety Foundation training and they was 6 months ago. Ha ha. Great choice of bike. CBR 125 / CB 125, Solid, reliable, hold their value, lightweight which is so useful for beginners. Honda reliability too. And can do 60+ mph, enough for your first bike if people are honest. They are so lightweight that you can swerve away from danger much easier than on a heavy bike. And if you drop it they are way cheaper to fix than bigger bikes. Those CB125s have so many cheap parts for them from around the world too. Enjoy!

After you brake do you change to gear 1 when starting?

Reporting back after three months with my ride home story. It was dark by the time the paperwork was signed, I had a dead, in a state I just moved to. I spent the greatest and scariest three hours of my life getting home, aimlessly redlining through streets in 2nd gear, stalling at red lights, accidentally getting on the highway and screaming/laughing when I hit 70MPH. I totally lost track of time and when I got back realized I was only ten miles away from the dealership. I have nearly three thousand miles on the dash now and have done 200+ mile trips in a day. I ride practically every single day. If you’re thinking about getting a bike, do it. There’s no feeling in the world like it.
