Great reaction !!! You should continue through the sequels, and then ... do the Lethal Weapon series !!! I just know you'll love them.
A career in dry goods. I hope to God no one elver robs that store.
When we turn our eyes toward the door to see who it is, standing tall and with no fear, it sends a chill down your spine. Little Bill the sheriff thinks that his words that Will Munny will die don't work like they did at the jail against the writer. William Munny )in this film) was not a man afraid of death once he started drinking. And when he says, "Bury Ned right or I'll come back and kill every one of you sons of bitches." I would believe him. Actually I think I would move out of that town, just in case. William Munny doesn't seem like a man who goes back on his word. -- Lil Bill the sheriff called Munny a coward? He walked run in front of a dozen armed deputies without flinching, and killed a man in front of them, knowing he only had 2 cartridges in the gun. That is the opposite of cowardly.
Awesome reaction like always! 😊
I was also fighting, don't sorry. Everyone with a heart should cry here
Your reaction is what i was gonna do if i wasnt insecure and i have no confidance to cry even infront of my family ❤
Westerns? Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid Tombstone The Magnificent Seven The Outlaw Josey Wales Shane A Fist Full of Dollars A few Dollars More The Good, The Bad and The Ugly original 3:10 both True Grits Django Unchained The Hateful Eight Unforgiven Quigley Down Under Maverick Lone Ranger Zorro Young Guns 1 & 2 Last Man Standing 3 Amigos Back to the Future 3 Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Cowboys Vs Aliens Firefly Thrilling Adventure Hour Bravestar Nicodemas Legend The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. something with Randolph Scott something with Buck Jones Blazing Saddles
A fist full of Dollars, A few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Those three movies are Clint Eastwood at his finest and arguably the greatest westerns of all time.
Doc Holiday didn't actually kill Johnny Ringo, he was killed in a fight in Mexico just about 2 years after he left Tombstone. Doc always said no matter what "I will die with my boots on". He at the end, did look down at his feet and chuckle at "His hypocrisy, that has no bounds". People getting married after 8th grade was common until after the 1940s. Cousins were common as well. A lot of people would get in a carriage and ride all day just to get to the next homestead, and usually, it was someone not too distantly related to you. We traced our family history to find 2 cousins who married in 1852. Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin, and Jerry Lee Lewis all famously married or lived with their cousin, and Elvis Presley dated Priscilla since she was 13 (he was 24, in the military in Europe). They waited until he 15th birthday to get married. My grandmother was 14 when she got married and had 12 children in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.
I bless you. (sneeze)
When the Earp brothers showed up in Tombstone (the old town is preserved and still there today for tourists) all 3 had married women they met in brothels.
Big Nosed Kate (Doc's friend) bought a saloon in town and it, the bird cage theater, and the whole main street is lined with gift shops in the "Old town" buildings.
Unfortunately she cut out all the food parts
a woman finds out the absolute heroism that men can achive..and cries. so did i
Go back a few years and watch Support your local Sheriff
His words were taken directly from the pages of the LOTR novel !
I adore this film
There was a western film that came out recently starring Tim Blake Nelson l thought it was good for a low budget western
There is an Nicolas cage western called the old way
Have you uoi seen it reacted to dances so wolves and open range
I remember watching this in theaters as a teen and getting chills during the retribution ride. One of the greatest Westerns ever created.
No matter his rough demeanor, Paulie was ride or die with Rocky throughout. People are so quick to be against him, but overlook his roughness and he is a true friend.
This is a great streak of westerns you're on, MJ! I've lived in Texas all my life, and I just started my love of westerns last year. There's something cathartic about watching how people live in a world where law and order is a dream, and doing what's right isn't always black and white. It's as close as we get to an odyssey in our recent history. I really hope you check out spaghetti westerns soon. They were so called because most of them were filmed in Italy and Spain by Italian directors. Many of the actors were also Italian and Spanish, with the exception of a few of the main characters. The movies are still in English, though. Probably the greatest such director was Sergio Leone, who filmed what's known as the Dollars Trilogy. The first movie is A Fistful of Dollars (1964). The second is For a Few Dollars More (1965). The third and greatest of the trilogy is The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (1966). All three star Clint Eastwood in his mid thirties. Perhaps Sergio Leone's crown jewel is his 1968 masterpiece, Once Upon a Time in The West. All four of these movies feature scores by the legendary Ennio Morricone, whose music was so iconic that it is still used today in popular media. If you've seen Kill Bill Volume 2, you've heard Morricone's music. Anyway, I've rambled too long. I'm enjoying these western reactions, though. I hope to see many more as long as you're enjoying them.
all the crying made me cry 😭😭
These women need to grow up
Another amazingly underrated southern/western movie worth checking out would be “The assassination of Jessie James by the coward Robert Ford” starring Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck It’s about the real life outlaw Jessie James who I would say is up there with people like Ned Kelly for being both infamous and hated by the establishment but also seen as a folk hero and loved by the people.
First time watching this scene since Bernard's death. I bawled. RIP King Theoden, my favorite character 😭😭😭
My fav is Aragon
Always makes me think of The Quick and the Dead, like its a sequel of some kind : p
Camels have been used in war. Useless fact of the day 🙂
Excellent reaction! I subscribed! Peace
LOOK AT ME, HECTOR...
Open range is another great modern western, Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall are amazing in it
My dad was in the Marine corps who was the rifle coach at camp Matthews and he said this is the most accurate thing he's ever seen
Check out Seraphim Falls. Great Western with Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan
Те, кто обрубают эту эпическую сцену на ее самом эпическом моменте, должны гореть в аду вместе со своими дешевыми шортсами
Some fun things about this film: Val Kilmer learned to play the piano for this role. Wyatt Earp III was in the film. He was the guy who argues with movie Wyatt, gets hit in the head with the butt of the gun, and falls off the wooden sidewalk. Wyatt Earp III was a consultant to the film and had a great time. There have been arguments over the years about whether Doc Holliday said, "I'm your huckleberry," or "I'm your huckle bearer." Val Kilmer confirmed that the word is "huckleberry," and he said it twice in the film. The reason Doc Holiday looks at his bare feet and says, "I'll be damned," is because he assumed he'd die wearing his boots. Basically, he lived a reckless life after being diagnosed with tuberculosis, and he assumed he'd die in a gunfight.
I never realized that "Into the West" was the melody played in the background of this scene. Absolutely beautiful
this movie has alot of deleted scenes they cut out...but i think they were lost...they had more back story to RINGO...explaining why he was the way he was..and they cut out that happen to DOC's woman... she ran off with all his money...in the theater release.. its like she disappeared...
Mattie was addicted to laudanum. It is distilled alcohol and opium. They used it as a cure all and even gave it to children👍🏼
When Val Kilmer says the line "I've got two guns one for each of you", you'll see he flips one gun backwards and the other forwards. That in itself is very impressive 👍🏼🔥
The way she looks at him before he does it at end ❤
"The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" is a highly overlooked gem.. Brad pitt👍🔥🤘
"Open Range" is an outstanding movie.
The modern version of the Gatling gun is named - M134 mini gun. Those who have chosen jihad against the infidels, lovingly refer to it as “The Breath of Allah.”
I would recommend watching as many classic older westers before you start digging into all the modern revisionist westerns that I'm sure most the comments will beg you to watch.
War is hell for regular people, but they make a few people very rich and powerful.
Tho I Like the original better the remake is also amazing. I put this up there with High noon and a few others about the guts to do what is right even at the cost of your own life
Another great pick for a reaction. :)
I'm so glad you think so!!
I really enjoyed watching it!!
@@MovieJoob Of course! 🙂 Don't forget about "OPEN RANGE" (2003), it's not one to miss.
4:40 Post-Civil War medicine wasn't nearly _modern_ as we see it today, but four years of nonstop casualties advanced medical science in America significantly. Gut shot and stuck out in the wilderness is still probably deadly, but with intervention within a short time it's not nearly the death sentence is was.
Hostiles (2017)
After playing Red Dead II I can see so much of this film in it.
