I bolted the heavy stuff to the frame. I also reinforced them with a sheet of heavy duty plywood. Everything else is just screwed into the floor and walls.
@@DeliveredCarCare Dedinitely have to train someone for the OTR stuff. I was in a wreck last year and it’s been tough doing the big tires. That what led me here lol. I would like to get a setup similar for pickups and cars. Maybe some 19.5 or 17.5 here and there.
For us in NC. It wasn’t hard at all. Best advice I could give (came from my brother), just send it. Go get customers and build as you grow. Your customers need you.
No sir. It is a good idea to have the alignment checked if there is uneven wear or any pulling on the tires. A lot of tire shops offer free alignment checks with a tire purchase. This is a good idea. It also can get a sale of a quick alignment. Most cars are out of alignment after 30k miles of driving. We will be buying an alignment machine for the shop as soon as we can afford it.
@@DeliveredCarCare how are things going now and how does the future look for you…. I’m to the coast of NC my best friend and I are making near future plans to do the same and possibly some welding and equipment maintenance
@@johngabriele6532things are going great! We’ve hired on more guys and opened up several more services. We just got over 200 five star reviews. We’re opening another mobile tire shop. I’m feeling very blessed right now. But, scared all the same.
How did you anchor down the machines and keep everything secure?

Гениально
Twice the times of Zero? That math ain’t mathin brother 😂
T never drifted 😂
I mainly do semi tires and have been looking into an enclosed trailer with a balance machine and tire machine. Nice setup man
You should! Get someone trained up to do the heavy stuff and you do the light stuff. Or vise versa.

It’s not as “shiny” but things are going great! We’ve got some guys working with us now. We also opened detailing and mechanical services. Fun stuff!
Hello. Thanks for the video. How much is the balance machine??
Roughly $8,000
Whats size of the trailer? How much money need to start? Thanks 😅
16x7 trailer. Starting with used good used equipment around $30,000.
How hard is wire management? Setting up the compressor? And machines?
Great question
