    Thanks. I just tried this. Instant relief!!! I am a 50 year old avid vegagn cyclist, and on the average cycle 150 to 200 miles per week. In the last few years, i have progressed quite well with my health and fitness, being a vegan helps. What was lacking though was my flexibility. I have foam rollers and do strength exercises for my core muscles , which helped but didnt totally fix. This simple stretch has given me a way to correct the problem. Thank you again.

    My left hip hurts the worse. Sometimes it seems like I am walking with a limp because of it. When I was born, my left hip wasn't fully developed. I tried the exercise on this video, but because my left leg is a little shorter than my right leg, what other stretching exercise might you recommend? Thanks.

    This exercise def helped! After doing 1 set of 5, I immediately noticed some sensation in my left arm/hand/index finger. I'll be doing 3-4 sets of these each day.

    Yes, sometimes you may notice jerking movement and a tremor with fine motor skills or weakness with fine motor skills when the median nerve is damaged, compressed, or inflamed.
