@@wellwatchers yes it is and it's nice I've worked on big fancy offshore rigs with all amenities of modern day roughneckin and I've worked on on single that you had to make a greyhound connection with 10 foot pup joint bcuz the Kelly was to short. I've worked water well and production oil gas steam injection you name it I've done a little bit of it all but mostly Drilling

@@wellwatchers we sometimes used a laydown machine, or drag it right up the V-door. Remove thread protector before making connection.

Doesn't slow anything down. There's an old saying, "it don't rain in the oil field...it just rains ON it. This looks like a pleasant day to me. Wish I was as young as I used to be, but alas...nobody goes there any more..too crowded.
