Baseball history in 9 cards
Registrace 5. 02. 2024
This page is a tribute to the stories of all the incredible ballplayers that have played this great game. And while talking about these players, I'm using baseball cards and other props to help paint a picture of the event.
The Say Hey Giant: Episode 3
This video helps paint a small picture on the incredible super talented athlete Willie Mays. After recently passing away, I felt that it was a MUST to give him his own video. Enjoy the stories. He was a true legend.

Gary Sheffield broke my window. Episode 2

In my 2nd video, I talked about 6 of the games greats. This time, I used a couple that aren't in the Hall of Fame. You don't need to be in an elite club to be important in the games history.
Legends of the game. Episode 1

This is, episode 1 of a series of videos I plan on doing. Talking about the legendary players that played the game. I use baseball cards to give the audience a visual of the players.
Good job Andy! Really enjoyed the stories! Nothing is more Americana than baseball ⚾️
Thanks. That means a lot. It's nice to tell the stories that are less common. Some may have been forgotten. I plan to normally use a descent mixture of different era's. Not with just big name players, but also the lesser known stars to help create some buzz for them as well.
Good job Bro! Nice stories.
Thanks a lot. I'm sure people know a few things on Willie over the years. I tried to only use stories that may not be known by most fans of today's game.
Nice job Andy! I’m looking forward to the next episode!
Thanks, Mike. R.I.P. Willie Mays.
Pirates Hat guy here. Good stuff Andy, I really enjoy these short videos and the stories are great. Let me know if you need any cards to help your future videos. Keep up the good work
Thanks, man. Very kind words. I'm always interested in cards. If you know anyone who is into struggling youtube channels and great baseball history, please let them know about mine. It was nice meeting you. Oh, and I also have a Pittsburgh Pirates hat. To honor the great Roberto Clemente.
Oh I remember that!
I think that window got broke like 3 times. Borderline tradition.
Good job Andy! The stationary camera is huge improvement.
Thanks, man. That first one probably reminded people of the The Blair Witch Project. I hope nobody got car sick from that one.
Great Channel! Very original and fun!!! ⚾️⚾️⚾️
Thank you, kind sir. I've got to somehow make use of all my baseball books.
Cool video! LOL at the croquet swing... oops.
Thanks. Ya, I've broken a lot of windows over the years. But that one tops them all.
Dude, thank you for sharing your passion!! These are all great stories and it makes me appreciate the sport even more. Keep ‘em coming.
Thanks man. I very much appreciate that. That is definitely one of my goals. To teach people about the history. A lot of people only follow the current game, which is great, no doubt. But there's so many more incredible layers to the game. All buried in books, waiting to be read. Maybe your Max Kepler friend may be interested in it as well. Thanks for watching.
Nicely done Pentagon Kevin
Thanks. Something to watch while your doing dishes.
Great first video! Congrats. Your voice is good but you audio is only coming out of one speaker. The baseball card idea is unique and cool, but the pet hair carpet is a bit off putting. Also usually only shorts are filmed in the vertical orientation. Do you have any interest in editing? There were several points that could benefit from a cut. Definitely some potential here keep it up!
Thanks. Those critiques were spot on. You certainly could have said more. All are much appreciated. The hair on the blanket was definitely me trying to just rush the first video. I'm glad it got noticed thou. Makes me look at everything. As far as the other things, I'm going to have to figure out how to do them. It's been a fun project to think about so far.
A lot of interesting history here and some cool side stories.
The videos should only get better.
Congratulations Andy!!, Well done!!!
Thank you! It's about time. It can only get better.
Andy, congratulations on your first episode. Looking forward to number two.
Thanks a lot man. And thanks for always checking with me when it was coming out. I know it was a bit rough, at least there were good stories.
