i have a level 2 controller and level 1 pistons just like in the vid but my controller only allowes me to go to 7 not 15 any way to fix it?

One of the reason imo is that you keep jumping one game to another and never really finished the series, look for another POV of viewers for instance: i enjoyed the ark episodes ---- watching it everytime i went back from work ---- really excited to see what the upcoming ark progress for the next day----- next day you upload different game's video---- the excitement and the urge of coming back home to watch my awaited series(ark for example) is subconciously missing day by day.. this just my POV might applies to much larger scale, but they just dont speak up. Nonetheless im hoping the best for your future

If I'm allowed to share my opinion, with love and respect for your work and the effort you put into it, I think one reason your channel isn't doing very well is that you don't finish the series. Most of your series are incomplete, and this makes your viewers lose interest in future series as well. Additionally, you lose potential views from people who might want to see a full playthrough later.

Ok so here is how to get chlorine: first, get a Mobile Lightning Rod from crafting or a fallen enemy. Attach it to your vehicle and assign it to a key. It defaults back to its original setting every time you attach it. I assigned it to the [SHIFT] key on my keyboard. Next, approach one of those blue trees that spew lighting. Get close to it and just before it strikes, deploy your Lightning Rod. The rod must stay deployed for the duration of the attack. All along you should be shooting the tree. When it is gone, farm the nearby chlorine as your going to need it in bulk later. Hope this helps.
