I should get a raise, my buddy and I can do this in 20min on a 500 ton milacron with SePro ratchet bolts and 4 pin threaded connectors. We also purge the tools via 1 in and 1 out on the manifolds to push through the tools in and out quick disconnects all while having to raise and lower with overhead crane that is slower than shit going up and down for "safety rEaSoNs" we also use mold protect :)

Che presse di merda!!!!! Io ci lavoro!!! Solo figaggine da esposizione!!!! Si possono fare qualsiasi cosa, anche il caffè se vuoi….però…lasciamo perdere va….solo rogne su rogne, ne hanno sempre una, le Ferrari dello stampaggio ( come dice il mio capo) con componentistica peggio dei prodotti cinesi, elettronica pessima, sempre guasti su guasti, allarmi di ogni genere senza motivo, pagine di allarmi per una cagata, presse che da nuove ti danno già problemi su problemi, allarmi del cazzo che ti costringono a spegnere la macchina e riaccenderla dovendo rifare tutto è più volte nello stesso turno, per problemi stupidì, sicurezze che ti bloccano tutto, trasduttori che durano da Natale a santo Stefano, dispositivi di rotazione tavola rotante che si impalla sempre e non ti permette di fare più nulla, unica soluzione spegnere e riaccendere per resettare tutto, molti particolari studiati proprio da ingegneri che stanno seduti al pc e ti fanno diventare matto per lavorare, macchine che si spengono da sole mentre tu lavori, macchine che si fermano senza darti nessun allarme di nessun tipo, comandi dei nuovi plc lenti come la quaresima, impossibilità di poter cambiare pagine mentre stai azionando qualcosa mentre con i vecchi plc lo potevi fare, distributori acqua che si spaccano con una facilità incredibile, abbiamo sempre perdite di acqua per non parlare di olio, raccordi che perdono guarnizioni da rifare ogni 3x2….o la engel manda a noi le macchine più sfigate o fanno proprio cagare!!!! Plc nuovi che rispetto a prima per trovare una informazione ci metti il doppio del tempo, colori e impaginazione che rallentano tutto, prima con i cc200 qualsiasi cosa la trovavi a colpo d’occhio, pochi colori con riquadri ben evidenziato e subito trovavi quello che volevi, con i nuovi plc anche se so dove sono le cose ci metto il doppio perché l’occhio si confonde…io ci lavoro da 20 anni…..e sinceramente mi fanno cagare!!!!!!!! Per non parlare poi dei robot erc a 3 assi….mamma mia…… Le FERRARI fatte in Cina!!!!
