I'd love to know where this fits on the Star Wars timeline! Is this when the Old Republic was founded or when the High Republic was founded?
To escape Skywalker Saga Canon/continuity. I set it in the nebulous Dawn of the Republic. Where the Republic wouldn’t be as powerful in the Galaxy and other factions could be in play. Makes for better world-building! Thanks for watching! Please share with other SW fans.

@ArchangelEpics mate, I am a Star Wars nerd, lol. I've watched a few of these fanmade movies. But even though the stories behind them were good, you could tell they were fan made. This, however, I was gripped from the start. The acting was phenominal. You actually felt like you were part of the universe. I'd even go as far as saying that it's better than the last three movies, which, in my opinion, are very good in their own rights. I honestly felt like it was the first episode of a series.. Would love there to be more. And, hey, if you need a fat sith lord at some point, let me know 🤣🤣🤣

I also have a similar opinion that the fans are doing a better job of implementing Lucas' magic and creating a magical universe and since Disney bought into Star Wars and Lucas was given away sole control, it has developed into me being Disney and Dave Feloni was very disappointed, the only thing that really succeeded to some extent is The Mandalorian. I am in favor of Lucas coming back. I can't say whether this will also be his decision, but I hope that he wants to have his huge masterpiece destroyed even further. In any case, this fanmade is an absolute must if you are a die-hard Star Wars fan. Have a nice day and may the force be with you

I've watched a lot of Star Wars fan films and this is the first time I've wanted to know what happens next. Most of these kinds of films are simple, fun, low grade B films. This one is good enough to be an opening short for any major Star Wars release in theaters. The 20 minutes went by very fast.

@@ArchangelEpics Thank YOU for putting so much effort into detail. I'm sharing, this will definitely blow up more soon. Please make a sequel! I'd love to see an older version of *brightstar* jr going round two against valek, (valek with even more damage to her face now after taking that boulder lol) How epic would that be if valek returned after brightstar jr went on a revenge spree... and in the finale, Valek returns to cause young brightstars' battle with grief to return. Her final test of a jedi's path is understanding her father is one with the force, and that isn't a bad thing. Maybe her dad pops up as a ghost during the climax fight? Idk I'm high, just went on a tangent.
